Terms of Service

Welcome to Expoz. By using our mobile applications (EXPOZ - Live The Moment! and EXPOZ Business) and website expoz.app (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.

3. The Service

Expoz is an exhibition and expo management platform that allows:

  • Visitors — to discover exhibitions, view booth layouts, and attend events
  • Exhibitors — to browse exhibitions, book booths, and make payments
  • Organizers — to create and manage exhibitions, configure booths and pricing, and track bookings and payments

4. Bookings and Payments

All booth bookings made through Expoz are subject to availability and the organizer's terms. Payments are processed through Hesabe, a licensed payment gateway. By making a payment, you agree to Hesabe's terms and conditions.

Refunds and cancellations are handled according to each exhibition organizer's refund policy. Expoz facilitates the transaction but the contractual relationship for the booth booking is between you and the organizer.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Upload malicious content or spam
  • Scrape or collect data from the Service without permission

6. Intellectual Property

The Expoz name, logo, and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by Expoz and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

7. Content

You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, logos, descriptions). By uploading content, you grant Expoz a non-exclusive license to display it within the Service for the purpose of providing the platform functionality.

8. Limitation of Liability

Expoz provides the Service "as is" and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid through the Service in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected].

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or email.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kuwait.
